Sue Bacon Norman, age 68 of Strawberry died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at her home. She was born March 18, 1944 at Cave City, Arkansas to Robert Samuel and Audie Esther Girtman Bacon. She was a homemaker and was a cross-country truck driver alongside her husband for 17 years for Arnold Brothers Trucking Company. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Paul Bacon. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Aris Ray Norman of the home, son; Bob Norman of Batesville, daughter; Robin Qualls of Strawberry, three brothers; James Bacon of Little Rock, Dale Bacon of Bryant, Billy Wayne Bacon of Cave City, three grandchildren; Lisa Norman of Batesville, Crystal Richey of Lynn, Heather Duvall of Batesville, three great grandchildren; Elijah Richey and Grace Richey both of Lynn and Vincent Duvall of Batesville, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, June 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with a visitation from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Bro. John Bacon will officiate the services. Burial will follow the services in the Ward Cemetery located at Strawberry. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Pallbearers are Michael Bacon, Tommy Bacon, Elliott Cotton, Jonathan Bacon, Michael Norman and Justin Saffell. Honorary pallbearers are Elijah Ritchey, Grace Ritchey and Vincent Duvall.
