Sylvia Elizabeth Johnson

Sylvia Elizabeth Johnson age 85 of Batesville died Monday September 10, 2012 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born February 7, 1927 at to Joseph Robert and Roxie Rogers Chesney. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmie B. Johnson; a daughter-in-law, Ginger Johnson; two sisters, Ruby Neil Bryant and Lucille Lafarlette; two brothers, Jewel D. Chesney and Joe Clyde Chesney; three half sisters, Ada Moss, Gladys Grady and Eunice Brand and one half brother, Allen Chesney. Survivors include two sons, Eldon Johnson and his wife Jenny of Batesville and Joe Johnson of Batesville; two sisters, Sue Ellison of Benton Harbor, Michigan and Margaret Scott of Jacksonport, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Eldon Earnie Johnson II, Heather Johnson, Donnie Johnson, David Johnson, Deborah Jones, Jonathan Little, Christopher Little, Elizabeth Foust and Ronny Eugene Petz II; nineteen great grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Austin Johnson, Madison Johnson, Kylie Keirn, Kharis Keirn, Kahteeka Holiday, Kyrese Johnson, Kalon Johnson, Kealon Johnson, Keyonna Johnson, Zander Johnson, Jacob Jones, Brandon Little, Logan Little, Madison Little, Jordis Little, Atlantis Little, Kenley Holman, Christopher Holman, Hayden Jo Huckaba and Lana Huckaba; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin at with Bro. Don Yancey officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located at Cushman with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Pallbearers will be Eldon Earnie Johnson II, Ronny Eugene Petz II, Donnie Johnson, David Johnson, Jonathan Little, Christopher Little and Austin Johnson.
