Nancy Lou McDougal

Nancy Lou McDougal age 78 of Batesville died Sunday September 16, 2012 at Batesville. She was born August 30, 1934 at Floral, Arkansas to Samuel and Rose Fuller Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church at Southside. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Wain A. “Dub” McDougal; one son, Kevin McDougal; four brothers, Jake Wilson, Leslie Wilson, Woodrow Wilson and Allen “Dude” Wilson and two sisters, Gertie Ransom and Hattie Mae Finley. Survivors include four sons, Wayne McDougal of Whitesburg, Kentucky, Greg McDougal and Kirk McDougal both of Batesville and Mark McDougal of Bryant; one brother, Ed Wilson of Pleasant Plains; one sister, Cleo Schmidt of Floral; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Tuesday September 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Emmanuel Baptist Church located at Southside with Bro. Bill Scroggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery located at Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will begin Monday September 17, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
