Delbert Lee Justice age 44 of Batesville died Wednesday October 17, 2012 at a Batesville hospital. He was born December 7, 1967 at Batesville, Arkansas to Odell and Lena Farris Justice. He was self-employed and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Laverne Barnett and an infant son. Survivors include his wife, Kate Justice of the home; three sons, Nathan Justice and Matthew Justice of the home and Garrett Evens of Batesville; three daughters, Alyssa Justice of the home, Katrina Justice of Helena and Tonya Justice of Batesville; two sisters, Peggy Dodd of Batesville and Sue Pettitt of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren, Kamareah Torrence-Justice, Derrick Dixon Jr., Jaylin Justice and Jamal Holliday; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Saturday October 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the West Baptist Church in Batesville with Bro. Adam Hughes and Bro. Jonathan McLendon officiating. Burial will follow in the Weaver’s Chapel Cemetery located north of Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will begin Saturday October 20, 2012 from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Jerimiah Goodman, Tim Townsley, Zack Drake, Eric Echard, John Farris and Orville Farris. A burial fund has been set up at the Citizens Bank of Batesville.
