Toby Nick "Archie" Archuleta

Toby Nick “Archie” Archuleta age 69 of Batesville died Thursday January 3, 2013 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born May 7, 1943 at Center, Colorado to Phillip and Andrea Gallegos Archuleta. He was a retired auto body repairman having owned Archie’s Auto Body in Batesville for several years. He enjoyed fishing, having barbeques with his family and antiqueing. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 47 years, Phyllis Archuleta; four brothers, Joe Trujello, Tony Archuleta, Kenny Archuleta and Jimmy Archuleta; three sisters, Barbara Medrona, Joyce Archuleta and an infant sister and one granddaughter, Dimray Archuleta. Survivors include two sons, Celestino Archuleta of Denver, Colorado and Richard Archuleta of Batesville; two daughters, Tammy Waggoner of Southside and Elina Bell of Batesville; two brothers, Roger Archuleta of California and Alfred Trujello of Utah; two sisters, Dena Trujello and Nadine Archuleta both of California; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Monday January 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Pastor Laurie Dewitt and Pastor Jimmy Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will begin Sunday January 6, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Alex Holt, Sergio Archuleta, Phillip Archuleta, Michael Bell Jr., James Deutsch and Christopher Deutsch. Honorary pallbearers are Delbert Platt and Edward Nunnally.
