Glenn Dale “Moon” Milligan age 76 of Cave City died Wednesday February 20, 2013 at a Little Rock hospital. He was born January 5, 1937 in Sharp County to Henry Asberry and Rosie Viola Anderson Milligan. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. He was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, William Lee Milligan, Walter Alvis Milligan, Lowell Roe Milligan and Lois Joe Milligan; two sisters, Pearl Leona Boyd and Eddie Faye Floyd. Survivors include his wife Ida Mae Milligan of the home; two daughters, Betty Branscum of Cave City and Barbara Williams of Batesville; one son, James Milligan of Batesville; one sister, Retha Russo of Cave City; five grandchildren, Christian Williams, Nathaniel Williams and Elizabeth Williams all of Batesville, Kyle Branscum and Bryce Branscum both of Cave City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Saturday February 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Keith Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will begin Friday February 22, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Junior Jones, Brent Rogers, Kirby Smith, W.E. Smith, Bill Smith and Patrick Treadway. Honorary pallbearers are Ewell Heath and Vance Pillow.
