Billy Dean Luster

Billy Dean Luster age 66 of Batesville died Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born July 24, 1946 at Santa Anna, California to Dean Ray and Virginia Lorene Waller Luster. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force having served in Vietnam. He was retired from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department and was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Eva Luster of the home; one son, Ricky Dean Luster and wife Tanya of Melbourne Beach, Florida; one daughter, Angela Connell and husband James of Batesville; two sisters, Janice Clouse and Linda Davis both of Batesville; three grandchildren, Corbin Luster, Kahli Luster and Kahbri Luster all of Melbourne Beach, Florida; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will begin Friday April 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Barnes Cemetery located in Batesville with Carl Hudson officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Thursday April 11, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Calvin Fairchild, Jason Seaton, Jamie Ingram, Shane Swaim, James Connell and Jackie Swaim. Honorary pallbearers are Employees of the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, Terry Jones, Jerry Jones, Tommy Jones, Johnny Jones and Jim Connell
