L. Dale Bacon

L. Dale Bacon age 71 of Bryant died Friday April 26, 2013 at a Little Rock hospital. He was born June 28, 1941 at Cave City, Arkansas to Sam and Audie E. Girtman Bacon. He was retired from Falcon Jet in Little Rock, was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a Mason. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Sue Norman and an infant brother. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Pickett of Bryant; two brothers, James O. Bacon of Little Rock and Billy Wayne Bacon of Cave City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Monday April 29, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home located at 10200 Hwy. 5 North in Alexander. Funeral services will be Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with John Bacon officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Pallbearers will be his nephews.
