Lonnie "Joe" Clark Jr.

Lonnie “Joe” Clark Jr. age 57 of Lonoke died Monday July 1, 2013 at a North Little Rock hospital. He was born May 30, 1956 at Batesville, Arkansas to Lonnie Joe Clark Sr. and Homer Jean Johnson Clark. He was self employed, enjoyed his grandchildren and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Helen Clark of the home; one son, Zachery Clark of Batesville; one daughter, Carly Clark of Lonoke; two grandchildren, Bryson Hamlin and Haven Hamlin both of Lonoke; his mother, Billie Estes of Batesville; one brother, Sky Clark of Batesville; one sister, Rosetta Richardson of Batesville; two step-sisters, Wanda Thompson and June Lewis both of Batesville; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Friday July 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church located on Ash Trail north of Mt. Pleasant with Billy Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in the Barren Fork Cemetery in Mount Pleasant with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Friday July 5, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Sky Clark, Stacy Black, Bob Arnold, Lonnie Clark, Phillip Crans and Bill Gaston. Honorary pallbearers are Tim Edwards and Tom Edwards.
