Lewis Dean Satterwhite

Lewis Dean Satterwhite age 74 of Cave City died Saturday July 27, 2013 at a Little Rock hospital. He was born September 20, 1938 at Cave City, Arkansas to Walter Noel and Ora Mae Lewis Satterwhite. He was a U.S. Army veteran, a farmer and a mechanic. He was a member of the Mount View Missionary Baptist Church located at Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jimmy Dean Satterwhite; one sister, Emmaleen Burge and one brother, Carl Wayne Satterwhite. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Doris Anderson Satterwhite of the home; four brothers, LaVaughn Satterwhite of Plaquamine, Louisiana, Conway Satterwhite and Vernon Satterwhite both of Cave City and Ellis Satterwhite of Salado; three sisters, Monterie Browning of Benton, Joyce Stovall of Cave Springs and Nola Neal of Beebe; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Thursday August 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Justin Burge officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Wednesday July 31, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be DeWayne Satterwhite, David Satterwhite, Tommy Satterwhite, Tim Howell, Tom Anderson and Eric Anderson.
