Edward Mack Mahan

Edward Mack Mahan age 61 of Cave City died Monday August 5, 2013 at his home. He was born July 19, 1952 at Fort Polk, Louisiana to Jewell and Walsie McLeod Mahan. He was a U. S. Navy veteran having served in Vietnam. He attended First Free Will Baptist Church in Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two sons, Matthew Mahan of Camby, Indiana and Christian Mahan of Indianapolis, Indiana; one daughter, Stacy Jefferies of Fishers, Indiana; two brothers, Earl Leon Mahan of Cleveland, Virginia and Jewell Carthel Mahan of Witchita, Kansas five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside memorial services will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. No visitation is planned.
