Dylan Duncan

Dylan Duncan age 20 of Cord died Tuesday August 27, 2013 at his home. He was born August 27, 1993 at Newport, Arkansas to Jerry Dwayne and Melaney Kaye Collins Duncan. He was employed by Kroger in Batesville. He was a 2011 graduate of Cedar Ridge High School where he enjoyed being a member of FCCLA. He enjoyed music and playing the piano and was also an excellent chef. He was a member of the Center Grove Baptist Church at Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, W.A. and Helen Williams and Claud and Una Lee Duncan; his grandfather, Steve Duncan; an uncle, Ben Duncan and a cousin, Cody Burcham. Survivors include his mother, Melaney Davis of Cord; his father, Jerry Duncan of Wynne; his grandparents, Darrell and Brinda Collins of Cord and Becky Duncan of Memphis; aunts and uncles, Rob and JoeyBeth Burcham and Mike and Shelly Collins all of Cord; many cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will begin Wednesday September 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Jeff Childers officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Grove Cemetery located at Charlotte with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will begin Tuesday September 3, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Trevor Davis, Michael Collins, Rob Burcham, Darrell Burcham, Coty Lindsey and Rick Buie. Honorary pallbearers are the Cedar Ridge High School Class of 2011.
