Larry Neal Greenfield

Larry Neal Greenfield age 69 of Southside died Wednesday, January 8, 2014. He was born June 21, 1944 at Batesville, Arkansas to Neal and Velmarie Greenfield. He was owner of Greenfield Custom Sheet Metal and a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church at Southside where he served as a deacon for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Shirley Greenfield of the home; one son, Dr. Shannon Greenfield of Little Rock; one sister, Shirley Martin of Batesville; two grandchildren, Evan Ward Greenfield and Julia Lauren Greenfield both of Little Rock; two nieces, Laura Anderson of Batesville and Amy Caplinger of Jonesboro and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church located at Southside with Bro. Richard Nuckolls officiating. Burial will follow in the Kyler Cemetery located at Southside with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Larry Apple, Terry Ford, Robert Allen, Lance Mitchell, Bryan Anderson and Lee Wilson. Honorary pallbearers are Harlon Martin, Charles Young, Larry Fryman and Dr. Robert Walton.
