Loretta Jane Conyers age 79 of Cave City died Friday, January 10, 2014 at a Batesville hospital. She was born July 4, 1934 at Melbourne, Arkansas to Elmer and Annie Jones. She was a homemaker, a member of Eastern Star and a member of First Baptist Church in Evening Shade. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvis Conyers; two brothers, Ray Jones and Paul Jones and two sisters, Tressie Pater and Vernea Gossage. Survivors include one son, Johnny Conyers and wife Lois of Cave City; one daughter, Virginia Conyers of Memphis, Tennessee; one brother, Wilson Jones and wife Dorothy of Independence, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Brenda Gillogly and husband Dean of Pocahontas; three grandsons, Jeremy Conyers and wife Charlee of Cave City, Jamie Wreyford and wife Katie of Hobbs, New Mexico and Tim Wreyford of Hobbs, New Mexico; three granddaughters, Sharonda Gardner of Newark, Katherine Conyers of Memphis, Tennessee and Kristi Wreyford of Hope; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Larry Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Eutopia Cemetery located west of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Monday, January 13, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Frank Gay, Dean Gillogly, Jimmy Hoggard, Van Johns, Jeff Morris and William Sharp.
