Paul Reeves age 76 of Cave City died Friday February 14, 2014 at his home. He was born July 25, 1937 at North Little Rock, Arkansas to Burette and Marie Rhodes Reeves. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran and also retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard. He was a member of the Soul’s Harbor Pentecostal Church in Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Alvin Reeves; one sister, Berniece Reeves and a stepson, Steve Furr. Survivors include his wife Anita Reeves of the home; one son, Paul Reeves II of Little Rock; one daughter, Brett Dulaney of Cabot; one stepson, Chris Furr of Cave City; two stepdaughters, Debra Shelly and Wendy Furr both of Cave City; two brothers, Tom Reeves of McRae and George Reeves of Little Rock; four sisters, Lynette Harden and Gilda Reeves both of Lonoke, Paulette Crimes of Bonita, Louisiana, and Naomi Wharton of Cabot; numerous grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Soul’s Harbor Pentecostal Church in Cave City with Bro. Sam Manuel officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Monday February 17, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Soul’s Harbor Pentecostal Church in Cave City. Pallbearers will be his grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Andy Davidson and Dr. Rick Van Grouw.
