Tony O’Neil Hutchins age 68 of Cave City died Saturday February 15, 2014 at his home. He was born July 31, 1945 at Eaton, Arkansas to Hulen and Hazel Hutchins. He had worked for Razorback Steel in Newport and GDX Automotive in Batesville. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He served as District Commander of the American Legion for many years. He was of the Missionary Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Sherra Hutchins of the home; one son William Reid Womack and his wife Angie of Cave City; one daughter, Nancy Lynn Mitchell and husband George of Cave City; four brothers, Windell Hutchins of Bee Branch; Bobby Hutchins of Cave City, Billy Hutchins of Jonesboro and Farrell Hutchins of Tuckerman; two sisters, Willa Dean Solida and Merita Campbell both of Heber Springs; five grandchildren, Dane Womack and wife Jill of Durham, North Carolina, Kyle Mitchell of Roseville, California, Corey Womack of Cave City, Sara Mitchell of Dublin, Ireland and Catie Mitchell of Cave City; one great granddaughter, Edith Jane Womack of Durham, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cave City with grandson, William Dane Womack officiating. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. at the Pine Mountain Cemetery located at Bee Branch with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the church. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Solida, Joe Solida, Randall Hutchins, Jeffrey Hutchins, Todd Hutchins, Mark Hutchins, Justin Hutchins and Jeremy Hutchins. Honorary pallbearers are all his grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces.
