Thelma Marie Brewer

Thelma Marie Brewer age 42 of Winnsboro, Louisiana died Tuesday March 18, 2014 at her home. She was born March 24, 1971 at Batesville, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert E. Brewer and Goldie Tharp Brewer Mattmiller. She was employed by the Dollar Tree of Louisiana and was of the Pentecostal faith.  She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Brewer; a sister, Altia Melissa Brewer and her grandparents.  Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Donny Hendry of the home; two sons, T.J. Mattmiller of Batesville and Justin Hendry of Winnsboro, Louisiana; two daughters, Candice Thompson Humphries of Jackson, Mississippi and Hailie Hendry of Winnsboro, Louisiana; her mother, Goldie Brewer Mattmiller of Batesville; five brothers, James Brewer, Brian Brewer, Dwayne Brewer, David Brewer, Eric Brewer and Mark Rogers all of Batesville; two sisters, Becki Scroggins and Judi Holt both of Batesville; two step-children; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be Monday, March 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Rev. Kenny Tharp officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.  Visitation will be Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Michael Bell, Willy Tharp, Wade Tharp, David Riley, Tyler Brewer, Wain Scroggins and Dickie Riddle.  Honorary pallbearers are Eric Brewer, Dwayne Brewer, John Bell and Jesse Tharp.
