Mary I. Presley

Mary Presley age 99 of Batesville died Friday, June 20, 2014 at her home . She was born November 9, 1914 at Oronogo, Missouri to Lafayette Harrison and Audrey Irene (Haggman) Young. She was retired from International Shoe Factory in Batesville and was a charter member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Southside. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Earl Presley; three brothers, Melvin Young, Willett Young and Bob Young and one sister, Betty Braine. Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Qualls and Judy Presley both of Batesville; two granddaughters, Audra Autry of Batesville and Alicia Adams of Mountain View; four great grandchildren, Ali Autry, Jacie Autry, Brayden Adams and Kaylee Adams; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Jerry Hagar officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery located at Salado with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Todd Autry, Travis Adams, W.A. Young, J.B. Presley, Randy Oneal and Paul Frazier.
