Rodney D. Bearden

Rodney D. Bearden age 49 of Batesville died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at his home. He was born November 30, 1964 at Batesville Arkansas to McArthur and Hazel Bearden. He was a cosmetologist and a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father McArthur Bearden; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Mae Holland and paternal grandparents, Jess and Vela Bearden. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Hazel Bearden and Floyd Tackett of Batesville; one brother Rickey Bearden of Pleasant Plains; one sister, Rhonda Manning of Ash Flat; four nephews, Kristopher Bearden and Andrew Bearden both of Pleasant Plains and Kyle Manning and Austin Manning both of Ash Flat; two nieces, Makenzie Bearden of Pleasant Plains and Shaina Manning of Ash Flat; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the North Heights Church of Christ located in Batesville. A private burial for the immediate family will be held at the Kyler Cemetery in Southside. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
