Terry L. Garlin

Terry L. Garlin age 47 of Batesville died Friday, August 15, 2014. He was born November 26, 1966 at Batesville, Arkansas to James W. and Tommie Perkey Garlin. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Southside. He was preceded in death by his father, James W. Garlin and his grandparents, Onis and Elizabeth Garlin and Charlie and Gertie Perkey. Survivors include one son, Brandon Garlin of Batesville; one daughter, Alisha Garlin of Batesville; his mother, Tommie Garlin of Batesville; two brothers, James Garlin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Bobby Garlin of Batesville; three grandchildren, Kendall Garlin, Randon Turner and Kaden Turner all of Batesville; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Southside with Bro. Bob Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery at Salado with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Monday, August 18, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Shane Fortenberry, Kirk Payne, Jared Richardson, Brandon Williams, Chris Douglas and Tyler Garlin. Honorary pallbearer is Kendall Garlin.
