Johnny Robert McIntosh age 45 of Cave City died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at a Batesville hospital. He was born December 12, 1968 at Osceola, Arkansas to Raymond Will and Margaret Daisy (Tackett) McIntosh. He worked many years for Ronnie Dowdy Trucking and Dowell Transport both in Batesville. He was a member of the Cave City Church of God. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Eddie Andrew McIntosh. Survivors include one son, Murphy McIntosh of Cave City; his mother, Daisy McIntosh of Cave City; three brothers, James McIntosh of Silver Creek, Nebraska, Raymond Dale McIntosh of Cave City and Charles McIntosh of Cave City; one sister, Brenda Ann Rudick of Cave City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cave City Church of God with Rev. Allen Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery located north of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 7, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Cave City Church of God. Pallbearers will be Murphy McIntosh, Raymond McIntosh, Charles McIntosh, James McIntosh, Calvin Rudick, Terry St. John, Trent Milligan and Blake Humbrook.
