Pamela Kay Rhew age 64 of Pleasant Plains went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 3, 2014 at her home. She was born November 30, 1949 to Denver and Mary Lee (Aunspaugh) Roberson. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and care giver. She was an active member of Independence Missionary Baptist Church at Pleasant Plains, where she taught classes, helped with Vacation Bible School, helped plan and attended many activities and was the secretary of the Ladies Auxiliary until she was unable to attend church. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Bobby Rhew; two sons, Ronald Rhew and Karee of Heber Springs, Joey Rhew and Mendy of Pleasant Plains and one daughter, Tamara Bell and Tim of Pleasant Plains; 13 grandchildren, Landon Cornett ,Brooke Cornett, Kelsey Cornett, Kaleb Luttrell, Olivia Luttrell, Measha Rhew, Missy Jo Rhew, Joshua Lancaster, Lauren Spillers, Tyler Spillers, Caleb Horsley, Kimberly Bell, and Lexie Bell; one brother, Ricky Roberson and wife Shirley of Seymour, IN;one sister, Debbie Diane Manor and husband Bobby of Pleasant Plains; many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. She was known as Aunt Kay to many people. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Independence Missionary Baptist Church in Pleasant Plains with Bro. Brad Roberts and Bro. Kenny Roberson officiating. Burial will follow at Cross Cemetery in Denmark with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service located at 546 Harrison in Batesville. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be James Coan, Scott Emerson, Rick Gray, Sherwin Meharg, Todd Sarrels, and Kendall Staggs.
