Betty ( Baxter) Kimmer age 88 of North Little Rock died Monday, January 5, 2015 at a North Little Rock hospital. She was born September 22, 1926 at Pine Hill, Arkansas to Floyd Edward and Lola Agnes (Winkle) Baxter. She was retired from Wal-Mart in North Little Rock and was a hairdresser. She was a member of the Mayflower Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Amber Kimmer. Survivors include one son, David Kimmer of North Little Rock; one daughter, Kathy Davis of Little Rock; one brother, Jim Baxter of Calamine; one granddaughter, Misty Myjak of Mayflower; three great grandchildren, Brittany Langley, Colton Rowland and Austin Rowland; one great-great grandson, Shooter Langley; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Troy Henley officiating. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery located at Bethesda with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Colton Rowland, Jim Baxter, Zack Baxter, Bill Brown, Dennis Gay and Lane Gay.
