Harmony Mischelle Culbreath age 38 of O’Fallon, Missouri (formerly of Sulphur Rock) died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at her home. She was born September 25, 1976 at Sulphur Rock, Arkansas to Jack Culbreath and Bernice Daphene Smith. She was a professional singer in Missouri. She was a member of the Catholic Church in O’Fallon, Missouri. She enjoyed singing, basketball, kickboxing and soccer. She enjoyed coaching her children in sports. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bobby Culbreath and Perry Culbreath. Survivors include three sons, Mikey Fernandez, Isaac Fernandez and Skylar Vercimak and one daughter, Heidi Vercimak all of O’Fallon, Missouri; two brothers, Marty Smith of Jacksonville, and Jack Culbreath of Hardy; three sisters, April Hensley and husband Terry of Damascus; Marsha Smith of Batesville and Tanya Smith of Searcy; twelve nieces; eight nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City with Brian Schlabach officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers are Mikel Melton, Christopher Shaul, Rusty Pate, Esias Bautista, Aiden Melton, Jesse Hensley and Nick Page.
