Shanda L. (Ring) Shreve

Shanda L. (Ring) Shreve age 45 of Burleson, Texas (formerly of Batesville) died Thursday, February 19, 2015 at her home. She was born February 2, 1970 at Salem, Arkansas to Pete and Alanna Ring. She was a graduate of Harding University in Searcy with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She had worked as a group home administrator in Jonesboro and also in Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alanna Landree. Survivors include her husband, Marty Shreve of the home; her father, Pete Ring of Cave City; one brother, Lucas Ring of Cave City; two sisters, Mandy Treadway of Port Angeles, Washington and Kari Ring of Cave City; several nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Harley and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Steve Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery located at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Mike Davis, John Ables, Darrell Thompson, Darin Martin, Bobby Wilkes and Bobby England. Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Ring, Leonard St. John, Terry St. John, Michael Davis and John Ward.
