Curtis Leroy Polston age 63 of Batesville died Friday, July 17, 2015 at a local hospital. He was born December 7, 1951 at Caraway, Arkansas to Thurman and Retha Polston. He was a retired carpenter and worked for ConAgra Foods in Batesville for several years. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Jerrell Polston, Cledis Polston, Jack Adams and Dwight Polston and two sisters, Linda Randolph and Glenda Polston. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Polston of the home; one son Matthew Polston of Batesville; one daughter, Seretha Polston of Batesville; two brothers, Jerry Polston of Springdale and Alfred Polston of Strawberry; one sister, Brenda Wright of Strawberry; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; his beloved dog, Penny; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Orville Berg officiating. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery located at Lynn with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Monday, July 20, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Randy Polston, Billy Adams, Denny Polston, Richard Randolph, Richard Reynolds and Nathan Flanigan. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Elms, Ralph Biggers, James Childers, Alan Jackson, Robert Rackley, Kyle Rackley, Danny Adams, John Reynolds, Alan Adams, Kenny Polston, Sonny Polston, Robert Randolph, Roger Randolph and all his other nephews.
