Janet Faircloth age 79 of Batesville died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at a Batesville hospital. She was born November 1, 1935 at Mountain View, Arkansas to Thomas P. and Opal Warden Jefferson. She was retired from White Rodgers in Batesville and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Rick Faircloth; and two brothers, Joe Jefferson and T.L. Jefferson. Survivors include one son Scott Faircloth of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; one sister, Oleda Jones of Sikeston, Missouri; six grandchildren, Brandon Faircloth of San Antonio, Texas, Seth Faircloth of Denver, Colorado, Courtney Faircloth Arnold of Batesville, Thomas Faircloth of Batesville, Chris Davis of Peculiar, Missouri and Jessie Davis of Kansas City, Missouri; two great grandchildren, Hayden Arnold and Zane Faircloth; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Brian Garrett officiating. Burial will follow in the Alderbrook Cemetery located at Desha with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Thomas Faircloth, Jay Jefferson, Mike Arnold, Brad Garrett, Neal Copeland and Darrell Stubbs. Honorary pallbearers are Sammy Keller and Casey Seay.
