Keith McCrackin age 88 of Strawberry died Friday, August 28, 2015 at his home. He was born October 18, 1926 at Jesup, Arkansas to Delzo and Hettie Mullen McCrackin. He worked many years for Midwest Lime Company in Batesville, was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Coy McCrackin and J.D. McCrackin and one sister, Louise McCrackin. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Gracie King McCrackin of the home; two sons, Neil McCrackin of Port Varre, Louisiana and Dennie McCrackin of Harrison; one daughter, Malinda Head of Batesville; one brother, Mylza McCrackin of Marshall; one sister, Genevee Green of Batesville; three grandchildren, Yvonne Doyle of Walnut Ridge, Adam King of Cave City and Kimberly Carpenter of Fayetteville; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, August 31, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Mount View Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Adam King, Michael Mobley, Brandon Doyle, Jimmy King, Robert King and Rob Cook.
