Roy B. Williams age 83 of Cave City died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at a Batesville hospital. He was born March 23, 1932 at Laddonia, Missouri to Irene Williams. He was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandsons, Ronald Vernon Curtis and Charles Adam Reynolds. Survivors include his wife, Edith Williams of Cave City; four sons, Jerry Williams and wife Polly of Horseshoe Bend, Johnny Williams of Memphis, Tennessee, Tommy Williams and wife Billie Kay of Anthony, Kansas and Roy Williams of Davenport, Iowa; three daughters, Kathy Curtis and husband Ronald of Cave City, Becky Gibson and husband Phil of Cave City and Marsha Burnett of Sulphur Rock; one brother, Jack Williams of Laddonia, Missouri; one sister, Peggy Newsome of Mexico, Missouri; three stepsons, Gene McBride, Russell McBride and Bill Champ all of Salem; one stepdaughter, Sheila Coffman of Mountain Home; 25 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, September 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Eric Downs officiating. Burial will follow in the Parsley Cemetery located east of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joey Boone, Dennis Blackmore, Cody Jackson, Heath Spooner, Eric Williams, Randy Spooner, Tim Gibson, Johnny Curtis and Shawn Branscum. Honorary pallbearers are Lane Williams, Dalton Sams, Gavin Williams, Gaven Boone and Trysten Terp.
