Ethel Mildred Brown

Ethel Mildred Brown age 90 of Cave City died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at a Batesville hospital. She was born August 7, 1925 at Philadelphia, Mississippi to Lovell and Etta Jolly Martin. She was a homemaker , a member of Eastern Star and a member of the Eastside Southern Baptist Church at Cave City. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Marriel Brown; two brothers, Auburn Martin and Wilford Martin and a sister, Faye Lutts. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Al Brown of the home; two sons, Morgan Brown of Evening Shade and Dana Brown of Cave City; a brother, Robert Martin of Richland, Mississippi; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, November 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery located north of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bubba Dewitt, Michael Paul Lassiter, Harry Eckard, Ewell Heath, Clell Wilson and Kevin Bristow.
