William Clay Ford

William Clay Ford age 72 of Pleasant Plains passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015. He was born January 29, 1943 at Batesville, Arkansas to Claybourne and Ona Campbell Ford. He was a retired construction contractor; a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of West Baptist Church in Batesville. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Louise Ford. Survivors include a step-son, Gary Gleaves and wife Rhonda of Pleasant Plains; two step-granddaughters, Sara Westbrook and husband Rickie and Amy Lindsey all of Pleasant Plains; four step-great grandchildren, Logan Westbrook, Hudson Westbrook, Jayden Lindsey and Madilyn Lindsey and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville with Shannon Fennell officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
