T.N. “Nelson” Greenfield age 88 of Batesville died Monday, December 7, 2015 at a Batesville hospital. He was born January 16, 1927 at Spring Mill, Arkansas to Eugene and Ella Thomas Greenfield. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and logger. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and a member of the American Legion. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Paul Greenfield and Marlin Greenfield and four sisters, Earline Skelton, Euda Marshall, Lois Thrush and Marie Thomas. Survivors include his wife of 68 years. Agnes Kinion Greenfield ; three sons, Henry Allen Greenfield of Glenarm, Illinois, Danny Greenfield and Gary Greenfield both of Cushman; one daughter, Beverly Greenfield of Batesville; three brothers, Eugene Greenfield of Batesville; George Greenfield of Springfield, Missouri and J.R. Greenfield of Douglas, Kansas; two sisters, Betty Myers of Batesville and Louella Bohannon of Witchita, Kansas; ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman with Rev. Carl Blankenship officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. No visitation is planned. Pallbearers will be Jason Greenfield, Daniel Greenfield, Christopher Greenfield, Nelson Clay Greenfield, Dylan Winkle and Brady Greenfield. Honorary pallbearers are Jeramy Tedrow, Chantel Finnie, Amy Greenfield, Carrie Winkle, Adam Greenfield and Beth Penn.
