Olivia "Libby" Otwell

Olivia “Libby” Otwell age 16 of Cave City died Sunday, January 3, 2016 at her home. She was born February 11, 1999 at Little Rock, Arkansas to David Lawrence Otwell and Leah Danyell Carrigan Otwell. She had attended Cave City High school and was currently attending The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Science and the Arts in Hot Springs. She was a member of FFA and 4H. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Barbara Otwell; great grandparents, Coy Blount, Zorah Duncan and George and Fern Beel. Survivors include her parents, David and Leah Otwell of Cave City; one brother, Michael David Otwell of Cave City; grandparents, Daniel Kenny and Irma Carrigan of Cave City and Donald Hatley of Arkadelphia; great grandparents, Andy and Christine Hatley of Beirne; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, January 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery located at Floral with a committal service being conducted by Rev. Roger Hook. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the First Assembly God Church in Cave City. Pallbearers will be Shawn Leddy, Dylan Leddy, Tyron Gilliam, Marc Street, Mike LeBlanc and Christopher Patterson. Honorary pallbearers are all her uncles.
