Viola Ernestine Lack Freeze

Viola Ernestine Lack Freeze age 86 of Batesville died Saturday, January 9, 2016 at a Batesville hospital. She was born May 17, 1929 at Vicksburg, Mississippi to James Harvey and Lena Pearl Nave Wright. She was a homemaker; a member of the Mountain View Folklore Society and a member of the Mountain View General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Donald Clifford Lack; one son, Donald Edgar Lack; two brothers, Elwood Wright and Kelly Wright and two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Lemler and an infant sister. Survivors include her husband Bill Freeze of the home; one son, Danny Ray Lack and wife Willease of Memphis, Tennessee; one daughter, Claudia Lack Hite of Harrison; one stepson, Scott Freeze of Benton; two brothers, John Wright of Tampa, Florida and Ray Wright of Houston, Texas; a daughter- in- law , Cheryl Richardson of Nixa, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Lisa Stockton, Joshua Hite and wife Candece, Cullen Lack, Conor Lack, Eli Richardson, Joel Freeze and Sean Freeze; five great grandchildren, Branon Stockton, Gavin Hite, Braydon Hite, Andrew Lack and Wyatt Lack; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 12 noon at the Rock Creek Cemetery located at Cozahome with Bro. Kerry Smith and Rev. Ricky Watts officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. No visitation is planned. Honorary pallbearers are Danny Lack, Cullen Lack, Conor Lack, Joshua Hite, Branon Stockton and Eli Richardson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church or charity of your choice.
