Tasker Tillman Huff , 68 of Batesville died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 . He was born May 16, 1947 at Batesville, Arkansas to J.R. and Beatrice Haigwood Huff. He was a farmer on Highrock Farm for 46 years. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Randell Huff and sisters, Paulette Tate and Linda Brock. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Verletta Huff; son, Brent Huff of Horseshoe Bend; stepson, Chuck Thompson and wife Kristi of Batesville; brothers, Larry Huff of Sandtown and John Huff and wife Jeannie of Bethesda; sister, Tressie Robbins of Bethesda; sister-in-law, Peggy Huff of Batesville; grandchildren, Heather Thompson of Cabot, Hunter Thompson of Batesville and Clarissa Huff of Horseshoe Bend. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Brian Garrett and Chris Garrett officiating. Burial in the Mount Zion Cemetery located at Banner. Visitation, Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Pallbearers will be Chuck Thompson, Danny Jones, Sammy Reynolds II, Douglas Tate, George Ramos, and Hunter Thompson. Honorary pallbearers are, Dr. Douglas Bernard, Dr. Robert Walton, Hospice of North Arkansas, Billy Tate, Dortch Family and Cooke Family.
