Debra Ann Magness

Debra Ann Magness , 61 of Batesville died Monday, April 18, 2016 at her home. She was born September 28, 1954 at Batesville, Arkansas to Velmus and Jestine Bell. She worked for Health Resources of Arkansas for 31 years and was a member of the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Velmus Bell. Survivors include her husband, Jackie Magness; sons, Joshua Magness and Tyler Magness both of Batesville; her mother, Jestine Bell of Cave City; sisters, Brenda Snyder of Maumelle and Melissa Bassler of Cabot; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church at Cave City with Bro. Boyce Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Michael Paul Lassiter, Eric Britton, Nicholas Coe, Jared Dumais, Charles Coe and Ron Byars. Honorary pallbearers are Rick Weaver, Chad Wooldridge and Darrell Ford.
