Barbara Wood Collie

Barbara Wood Collie, 71 of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was born January 3, 1945 at Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas to Robert Alf and Ada Mae McCracken Ray. She was retired from White Rodgers in Batesville and also worked several years in the Wal- Mart Jewelry Department. She was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Remmel Ray. Survivors include a son, Jason Wood; daughters, Angie Fulbright and Sonya Garver all of Batesville; her mother, Ada Mae Ray of Melbourne; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Baptist Church at Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Elvis Sneathern officiating. Burial will follow in the Barren Fork Cemetery located at Mt. Pleasant with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Daniel Malloy, Levi Malloy, Dalton Malloy, Jacob Wood, Sean Garver and Cody Wood.
