Allen House

Allen House, 77 of Batesville died Monday, August 1, 2016 at his home. He was born December 20, 1938 at McHue, Arkansas to Ralph and Pauline Hallmark House. He was retired truck driver and farmer. He retired from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as a contract hauler with 20 years of service. He was a member of the Southside Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Rocky Allen House; brothers, Chester House and Walter House and sister, Norine Brown. Survivors include his wife, Linda House of the home; son, Christopher Allen House of Dickerson, North Dakota; daughter, Alana Hulen of Batesville; grandchildren, Cory House, Briar House, Ellie Hulen, Lexie Hulen and Chloe Hulen; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Aaron Leggett officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery located near Salado with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bernis Floyd, James Head, Cory House and Felix Ciamaricone. Honorary pallbearer is Jimmy Wheeler.
