Betty Moore

Betty Moore, 80 of Batesville died Friday, November 18, 2016. She was born June 2, 1936 at Mount Holly, Arkansas to Custer H. and Lottie (Perry) Machen. She was a homemaker and a retired Registered Nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents and a twin brother, Benny Machen. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Max Moore of the home; sons, Russell Moore and Kevin Moore both of Batesville; daughter, Kim Halladay of Tilden, Texas; grandchildren, Jayme Stacy of Lockesburg, Michael Moore and Matthew Moore both of Batesville; great grandchildren, Cason Stacy and A.J. Stacy both of Lockesburg; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kyler Cemetery at Southside with Bro. Stacey Reed officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Dennis Moore, David Guth, Randal Moore, Doug Machen, Mark Biram, Brent Henderson, Toney Stacy and James Thomas.
