Voniedell Ferguson

Voniedell Hays Ferguson, 85 of Floral died Thursday, January 12, 2017 at her home. She was born October 26, 1931 at Batesville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Ira and Annie Hays. She was retired from White Rodgers in Batesville and was a member of the Floral Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Ferguson; one son, Danny Lynn Ferguson; one daughter, Brenda Kaye Harmon; one brother, Geraldine Hays and a half sister, Dorothy Jean Hays. Survivors include three grandchildren, Stefanie Kirk of Floral, Jason Harmon of Hernando, Mississippi and Matt Harmon of Floral; five great grandchildren, Kayne Kirk, Seth Kirk, Payton Kirk, Kilie Middleton and Kendall Grace Harmon; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, January 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Floral Baptist Church in Floral with Bro. Joe Jackson and Bro. Mike Fowler officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery located near Floral with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Phillip Sexton, Keith Tharp, Fred Tharp, Mike Tharp, Chris Tharp and Jason Harmon. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Gould, Robert Harmon, Matt Harmon, B.L. Brown, Eddie Maples, Dick Coots, Phillip Grammer, Fred Bridgman, Daryl Brown, Steve Kirk, Arkansas Hospice Nurses and Staff and the Floral Baptist Church Deacons.
