Margaret Ann Jones

Margaret Ann Jones, 58 of Batesville died Sunday, February 5, 2017. She was born July 15, 1958 at Grand Rapids, Michigan to Charles Wilburn and Wanda Marcella (Moye) Barker. She had worked at GenCorp Automotive, and White Rodgers in Batesville. She also had worked as a bartender at the Moose Lodge in Batesville. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Carl Wayne Barker; sister, Wilma Matthew and grandson, Gerry Vaughn Riley. Survivors include, husband, Randy Jones of Batesville; son, Jermey Jones M.D. of Benton; daughter, Alicia Jones Fitzwater of Belmar, New Jersey; her precious Pug, Bobby; brothers, Tom Tarkington of Fort Smith, Virgil Tarkington of Little Rock, Charles Barker of Cave City and Bill Barker of Southside; sisters, Sue Wilson of Holland, Michigan and Bonnie Nance of Batesville; grandchildren, Morgan Jones, Bayley Ballard and Haven Harrison; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Burial will follow in the Sulphur Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Michael Taylor, Randy Schulz, Timothy Jones, Eric Elam, Joe Cannon and Ben Davis.
