Ruby Blakley

Ruby Blakley age 86 of Batesville died Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Batesville. She was born March 28, 1930 in Buffalo, Oklahoma to Joseph E. and Lena (Shane) Mix. She was a retired business owner and a member of the West Baptist Church in Batesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Merrill Max Blakley; brothers: Cecil Mix and Joseph “Curley” Mix; sisters, Wanda, Babe and Mid. Survivors include; sons, Larry Blakley of Batesville and Mark Blakley of Saginaw, MI.; daughters, Debbie Billings of Batesville, Tami James of Benton and Jodi Springer of Batesville; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the West Baptist Church in Batesville with Scotty Karber officiating.
