Barbara Franks

Barbara Franks, 75 of Cushman died Friday, March 24, 2017. She was born April 8, 1941 at Lepanto, Arkansas to Hubert and Ima Jean Timbs. She was a homemaker and a member of the Cushman Baptist Church. She also attended the Spring Mill Country Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl Guinn Franks and a grandson, David Allen Russell. Survivors include son, Bobby Franks(Tina) of Cushman; daughters, Joy Russell (David) of Sidney, Lisa Holloway of Cushman and Peggy Talley (Dave) of Salado; brothers, Cleveland Timbs of Bald Knob, Kenneth Timbs of Judsonia, Houston Timbs of Batesville and Perry Timbs of Lepanto; sisters, Liz Carter of Manila, Debbie Greenhaw , Connie Williams and Linda Rosamond all of Trumann; six grandchildren, Brandy Russell, Ashley Russell, Jeffery Holloway, Jessica Shelton (Daniel) , Darrion Franks and Dakota Franks; great grandchildren, Madison Russell, Payton Trauth, Brandon Trauth, Riley Waldrum, Kaeleigh Russell, Jade Tappana, Joseph Pearson and Brayden Pearson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Bro. Chick Wolford officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Monday, March 27, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Adam Fitzsimmons, Danny Neal, Billy Bass, Billy Franks, Cliiford Timbs and Cliff Timbs.
