Paul Wayne Beitler Jr.

Paul Wayne Beitler Jr., 67 of Cave City died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Batesville. He was born July 12, 1949 at Dodge City, Kansas to Paul Wayne Beitler Sr. and Audrey Faye Padgett Beitler. He was a retired feed mill manager for ConAgra Foods in Batesville and a U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Wayne was a man that loved spending time with his family. His family was one of his greatest joys. He was a Boy Scout leader of Troop 3146 and was a great mentor in his scouts lives. He also loved his country having served a tour in Vietnam. Wayne was also a huge Razorback fan, a devout Christian and a loyal friend that earned the respect of all that knew him. He will be truly missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Pat Kearby and Phyllis Kimble. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Janice Beitler of the home; daughters, Shannon Wooldridge and husband Scott of Cave City and Anne Mullins and husband Greg of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Kayla Martin and husband Brady, Pvt. Michael Brooks Jr., Paul Clark, Jacob Brooks, Joshua Brooks, Amber Wooldridge and Alyssa Gann; great grandchild, Jaxon Huckabee; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, April 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Keith Chamberlain and Bro. Eddie Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Lee’s Chapel Cemetery at Sandtown. Visitation will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Mark Williams DVM, Charlie Clinton, J.R. Allen, Paul Clark, Ryan Rosier and Dakota Levitt. Honorary pallbearers are Pvt. Michael Brooks, Joshua Brooks, Jacob Brooks and Brady Martin.
