John F. Wright age 70 of Strawberry died Friday, August 18, 2017. He was born February 14, 1947 at Strawberry, Arkansas to Lones and Zelphia Norman Wright. He was self employed and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Norman Wright, Max Wright and Dalton Wright. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Wright of the home; one son, Johnny Wright (Frannie) of Strawberry; one daughter, Traci Schnackenberg (Adam) of Gilberts, Illinois; two stepsons, Keith Russell of Powhatan and Heith Russell (Shawn) of Walnut Ridge; one step-daughter, Denise Burkhart (Kevin) of Ellsinore, Missouri; 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Roger Randolph, Bro. Joe Guthrie and Bro. Brandon Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery located at Lynn. Visitation will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Spencer Wright, Skyler Burkhart, Tyler Wright, Corey Wright, Logan Ellison, Richard Randolph and Roger Randolph. Honorary pallbearers are his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
