Florence Winters

Florence Winters, 84 of Cave City died Saturday, September 2, 2017. She was born April 13, 1933 at Lake Providence, Louisiana to Henry and Helen Keifer Kober. She was a retired seamstress and an ordained Full Gospel Minister. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry J. Winters; son, David Wayne Winters; brothers, Wayne Kober and Michael Kober and sisters, June Badeaux and Louise Harvey. Survivors include son, Robert Winters of Cave City; brothers, Dale Kober of Baytown, Texas, Jimmy Kober of Cave City, Ronnie Kober of Bayou Vista, Louisiana and Steven Kober of Louisiana; sisters, Evelyn Kober of Louisiana, Nancy Kober of Cave City and Sandra Bell of Shreveport, Lousiana; grandsons, Daniel Wayne Winters of Patterson Lousiana and Matthew Ryan Winters of Slidell, Lousiana; 13 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
