Betty Mae (Reynolds) Watters

Betty Mae (Reynolds) Watters, 77 of Cabot died Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She was born June 19, 1940 at Batesville, Arkansas to Harvey Thomas and Ethel ( Rogers) Reynolds. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wrolen Watters; a sister, Patsy Hagler and a stepson, Danny Watters. Survivors include sons, Tommy Byrd of Hackett and Wayne Byrd (Tonya) of Floral; daughters, Julie Efurd (Douglas) of Fort Smith and Fonia Watters of Cabot; stepsons, David Watters and Steve Watters both of Cabot; stepdaughter, Jan Johnson (Mickey) of Cabot; sisters, Geraldine Gallap and Maxine Blevins (Gerald) both of Batesville; 16 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Ira Brokaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery at Salado. Visitation will be Friday, September 15, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Daniel Byrd, Jeffery Davis, Justin Yates, B.J. Goldman, Shaun James and Jeff Huff.
