Jimmy Dale Thorne

Jimmy Dale Thorne, 67 of Batesville died Thursday, September 28, 2017. He was born December 1, 1949 at Wenatchee, Washington to Billy Gene and Alma Faye (Martin) Thorne. He was a retired truck driver and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Carol Woodard Thorne. Survivors include two sons, Robert Charles Thorne of Cushman and Jeffery Douglas Thorne of Indiana; two daughters, Billie Jean Reitz of St. Louis, Missouri and Aronis Thorne of Batesville; two brothers, Donald Gene Thorne of Locust Grove and David Wayne Thorne of Oil Trough; one sister, Janet Faye McKeen of Live Oak, Florida; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Per Jimmy’s request no funeral services are planned. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.
