Clara Marie Cushman

Clara Marie Cushman age 91 of Evening Shade died Friday, September 29, 2017. She was born August 30, 1926 in Ohio to Charles and Alice Fraley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ash Flat Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur G. Cushman; a sister, Marge Fraley and three brothers, Charles Fraley, Eugene Fraley and Richard Fraley. Survivors include three sons, Scott R. Cushman (LouAnn) of Evening Shade, George W. Cushman (Carolyn) of Bethesda and Douglas A. Cushman (Carrie) of San Diego, California; one daughter, Joyce Ann Thomas (Dowl) of Evening Shade; one brother, Patrick Alan Fraley of Ohio; 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. No funeral service is planned.
