Danny R. Eagan, 73 of Cave City died Friday, October 13, 2017. He was born December 4, 1943 at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Oscar and Mary Elizabeth (Davis) Eagan. He was a U.S. Army Veteran; worked many years at U.S. Steel in Winter Haven, Florida and then many years at ConAgra Frozen Foods in Batesville. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Eagan; a daughter, Sondie Myers; a brother, Lowell Eagan and a sister, Virginia Sue Eagan. Survivors include sons, Chris Eagan (Angela) of Cave City and Randy Eagan of Fort Myers, Florida; stepdaughters, Terry Davari of Lakeland Florida and Tina Vance of Ozark, Alabama; brothers, Larry Eagan of Sedgwick, Brooks Eagan of Portia and Tommy Eagan of Manila; sisters, Ruth Anderson, Linda Becker and Cindy Allen all of Bono; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Stanley Vandergrift officiating. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery at Lynn. Visitation will be Monday, October 16, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Chris Eagan, Jasic Eagan, Tommy Eagan, Robert Polston, Hayden Ward and Joshua Willis.
